Welcome to Artsy Vows LLP ("Artsy Vows", "we", "us", or "our"), a luxury destination wedding planning company based in Goa, India. By accessing or using our website www.artsyvows.com (the "Website") or engaging our services, you ("Client", "you", or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). Please read them carefully before proceeding.
By accessing our Website, submitting an inquiry, or signing a service agreement, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our Website or engaging our Services. These Terms may be updated periodically; continued use of the Website constitutes acceptance of any revisions.
Artsy Vows LLP specialises exclusively in luxury destination wedding planning. Our Services are customised to the unique requirements of each Client and shall be detailed in a separate service agreement or proposal shared with you prior to commencement.
We act as a planning and coordination partner. Where we engage third-party vendors (venues, caterers, photographers, decorators, etc.) on your behalf, we do so as your agent. Artsy Vows LLP shall not be held liable for default, delay, or deficiency in services provided by such third-party vendors.
We reserve the right to refuse service to any person or entity at our sole discretion.
Booking Amount
A non-refundable booking amount of 50% of the agreed total project value is due upfront to confirm and secure our services. No planning, vendor coordination, or event work shall commence until this payment is received and confirmed.
Balance Payment
The remaining 50% of the total project value is due no later than 30 days before the event date, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Failure to make timely payment may result in suspension or cancellation of services.
Third-Party Vendor Payments
Artsy Vows LLP may make payments to third-party vendors on your behalf. Such amounts shall be reimbursed by you at actuals and will be shown separately in your invoice.
Taxes
All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes (including GST) unless expressly stated otherwise. You are responsible for all applicable taxes on services rendered.
Cancellation by Client

In the unlikely event that Artsy Vows LLP is unable to deliver the agreed Services due to circumstances within our control, we will offer you a full refund of all amounts paid directly to us (excluding amounts already disbursed to third-party vendors).
Modifications
Any changes to the event scope, date, or location requested after the final service agreement is signed may attract additional charges. Artsy Vows LLP will communicate revised pricing in writing before proceeding.
As a Client, you agree to:
All content on the Website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and design elements, is the exclusive property of Artsy Vows LLP and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from the Website without our prior written consent.
Any mood boards, design concepts, planning documents, or creative proposals shared by Artsy Vows LLP remain our intellectual property until full payment has been received.
We collect and use your personal information (name, contact details, event preferences) solely to provide and improve our Services. Your data will not be sold or shared with third parties except where necessary for event execution (e.g., sharing details with vendors). By engaging our Services, you consent to this use of your information in accordance with applicable Indian data protection laws.
Artsy Vows LLP's total liability for any claim arising from or relating to our Services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to Artsy Vows LLP for the specific event in question.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profit or enjoyment, arising out of or related to our Services or the Website.
Artsy Vows LLP shall not be responsible for failures, cancellations, or disruptions caused by third-party vendors, acts of God, government actions, natural disasters, pandemics, civil unrest, or any other force majeure event beyond our reasonable control.
Artsy Vows LLP shall not be held liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations where such failure results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, strikes, or acts of war. In such cases, we will work with you in good faith to reschedule or mitigate the impact on your event.
Our Website may contain links to third-party websites or platforms. Artsy Vows LLP is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party websites. Engagement with third-party vendors arranged through us is subject to those vendors' own terms and conditions.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or our Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Goa, India.
Artsy Vows LLP reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via the Website or email. Continued use of the Website or our Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms, together with any signed service agreement or proposal, constitute the entire agreement between you and Artsy Vows LLP with respect to the subject matter herein and supersede all prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.
